The electronic 3T-Motors tubular motor for roller shutter elements offers fully automatic adjustment (Plug&Play) of the end points using the ESK adjustment cable or manual end point adjustment using the P1 button. If the roller shutter encounters an obstacle when closing, it registers the motor detects this and responds with a STOP. The motor also switches itself off if the roller shutter gets stuck in the guide rails due to frost when it is moving upwards. This prevents damage to the roller shutter.

End position setting:

Fully automatic setting of the end points (Plug&Play):
The upper and lower end positions are automatically approached, recognized and saved.
For this function, the roller shutter must be equipped with anti-lift devices and stoppers or an angled end rail.

Manual setting of the end points:
The upper and lower end positions are approached and saved manually. The P1 button on the motor head is used for this.

Obstacle detection using suitable anti-lifting devices:

In order to correctly detect obstacles when the roller shutter is lowered, anti-lifting devices must be installed.
