Installation note for mini motors SW40:
We recommend using special mini suspension springs for motor operation for mini tubular motors, which protrude only about 1 mm into the roller shutter shaft.
This allows the shaft to rotate freely and prevents damage to the motor.
For steel shafts with a key width of 40 mm (SW40), only shafts with an external flange should be used.
Steel shafts with an internal flange lead to damage and destruction of the motor.

What does bidirectional mean?
Bidirectional means that communication works in both directions. For roller shutter motors, this means that they not only receive commands but also provide feedback. So when you open or close a roller shutter, you immediately get the info on your smartphone about what actually happened. This way, you always know whether the roller shutter is open, closed, or partially open. Additionally, you can control your roller shutters via smartphone.
