The advantages of the anti-lift device on at a glance:

The links of the Anti-lifting devices are made of glass fibre reinforced polyamide. They are connected to one another using a hinge principle and cannot disengage when the roller shutter is being rolled up and down.

A new type of clip fastening is provided for quick and reliable fastening to the shaft , which does not require any tools: It is attached using 2 special metal clips that fit into corresponding square holes (5 x 8 mm) on the 50 or 60 octagonal shaft

Since the hole spacing of the square holes varies depending on the shaft manufacturer, 3 different grids with spacings of 58, 65 and 73 mm are provided in the first link of the anti-lift device to adapt the anti-lift device to all common octagonal shafts.

In addition, it is still possible to either screw or rivet the anti-lift device onto the octagonal shaft. For this purpose, 4 screw holes with a diameter of 4.5 mm are provided in the Distance of 60, 68 and 76 mm on the first link to fix the anti-lift device on pre-drilled or undrilled shafts. Important: Please note that the screws do not touch the motor damage.

The connection to the tank is made via a side-removable and reversible Mounting profile that has 2 sides and can therefore be used equally for 8 or 14 mm roller shutter slats.

Installation of anti-lift device:

When installing the shaft in the lintel box, attach the links of the anti-lifting devices - without the mounting profile - to the shaft
Push the loose mounting profiles onto the first bar of the roller shutter curtain
Insert the roller shutter into the guide rails
Connect the roller shutter to the shaft by placing the mounting profiles on the links the anti-lift devices
